Miniclipper Logistics has selected .wms by Thomax as its next-generation Warehouse Management System (WMS), marking a major step forward in operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.

The implementation, set to roll out between 2025 and 2027, reflects Miniclipper’s commitment to innovation as its storage and warehousing operations continue to expand.

Following significant growth in their warehousing division, including the expansion of Miniclipper’s Billington Road site in Leighton Buzzard and the addition of a new Burton-Upon-Trent site in 2023, the company has seen a rising number of e-commerce customers. With a focus on cost efficiency, Miniclipper embarked on a large-scale project to identify an advanced, adaptable, and scalable WMS solution. After thorough evaluation, .wms by THOMAX emerged as the ideal choice to support Miniclipper’s evolving operational landscape.

Both Miniclipper employees and customers will benefit from an intuitive, modern interface that simplifies warehouse operations. Customers will gain greater visibility of stock availability, self-service reporting, and the ability to edit orders directly within the system. For warehouse operators, a traffic-light alert system will enhance accuracy, reduce reliance on paper processes, and support sustainability initiatives.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Thomax to bring a cutting-edge WMS to Miniclipper” said Cale Sweetlove, IT Director at Miniclipper Logistics. “This investment ensures we remain at the forefront of warehousing technology, delivering faster, smarter, and more sustainable solutions for our customers.”

As Miniclipper continues to grow, .wms by Thomax will play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency, adaptability, and first-class service for its expanding customer base.
