Revolutionary New Feature: The AI Clinic
One of the biggest talking points in all forms of business is AI. But separating AI hype from practical applications remains challenging for many professionals.

Whether you're AI-curious or already implementing solutions, the clinic offers insights designed to accelerate your journey toward smarter logistics operations.

Addressing Critical Industry Challenges
Multimodal 2025 isn’t all about robots and AI either. The people at the centre of your operations are incredibly important. The Multimodal Nightclub at Stand 2098 is an example of this, as it doesn’t shy away from difficult topics.
The Nightclub tackles sleep deprivation among shift workers, a critical safety and productivity issue affecting 24/7 operations worldwide. Sleep deprivation costs the logistics industry billions annually through accidents, reduced productivity, and health-related absences. This stand will look at solutions for this issue, with careful consideration for safety and efficiency.

Maximise Your Multimodal Experience: Insider Strategies
So with all of this on offer, what should you plan for?
Success at Multimodal 2025 requires more than simply showing up. The most productive attendees begin their preparation in advance, creating plans that maximise their time and networking opportunities. To help you make the most of your visit, we’ve put together a short guide on preparing for and enjoying this incredible event.
Pre-Event Preparation
Download or make a note of the floorplan and exhibitor directory from the official website before the event. This gives you time to research exhibitors thoroughly and identify unexpected opportunities that align with your business objectives. Build your agenda carefully, selecting key sessions and scheduling time for exhibitor meetings to avoid conflicts.
Essential preparation steps:
- Study exhibitor profiles and identify priority meetings
- Reach out and plan to speak with key speakers and vendors
- Plan your daily schedule with buffer time for discoveries
On the day tips:
Food and Drink
Food and drink are available on site, and some exhibitors offer refreshments too. Catering areas can get busy at peak times, so plan to eat either earlier or later to avoid queues and find a seat. Additional catering is available outside Hall 4, along with outdoor space if you’d like some fresh air. You'll also find a coffee shop and a stationer's on the way to Hall 4 for any last-minute items.
Crowds and Timing
Allow extra time for moving between areas, as it can be slower during busy periods. The first day is usually the busiest, while the final day is quieter and easier to navigate.
What to Wear
Comfort is key. Expect to do a lot of walking and it can get warm, so wear comfortable shoes and cool clothing.
Information Points
Collect show guides and maps at the registration desk. Visitor information and support teams are available to assist you throughout the event.
Getting to Hall 4
If you’re driving, you can either take the shuttle bus from the car park or walk—it's about 15 minutes. On the way back, the shuttle bus may be a good option, especially if you've collected brochures or merchandise.
And don’t forget to follow up post-event. Schedule follow-up meetings while momentum remains strong, and put into action everything you’ve learned.
