Uniserve and Meaco enter long-term partnership

Uniserve has been awarded a long-term logistics contract with Meaco, a British company, founded in 1991, specialising in air treatment and humidity control products and solutions.

Meaco identified the need for a strategic logistics and warehousing partner capable of accommodating current volumes, while seamlessly supporting future expansion initiatives. Meaco required a partner equipped to handle high-volume agile operations with precision and flexibility, whilst providing high level warehouse security.

Operating from Uniserve’s 155,000 sq ft multi-user warehouse facility in Northampton, Uniserve will fulfil Meaco’s B2B and B2C orders, as well as managing the businesses product returns. Uniserve also provides ambient storage for over 6,000 pallet locations.

Uniserve will manage Meaco’s clearly defined delivery requirements for all B2B outbound transport requirements. B2C distribution will be enhanced by facilitating  evening cut off times and increasing dispatches to 7 days a week.

A Meaco representative commented:

“We are pleased to embark on our new partnership with Uniserve as their tailored solution perfectly aligns with our current needs and future growth aspirations. Uniserve’s logistics expertise means we have already elevated service levels for our valued customers and we are confident the collaboration signals a new era of growth and efficiency for Meaco.”
