Stena becomes sole owner of NTEX

Stena is to become sole owner of Swedish transport and logistics company NTEX, subject to approval by relevant authorities.

The ferry company bought a 75% stake in the firm in 2020 and has now purchased the remaining 25%.

NTEX operates 20 offices in 12 countries in Europe, over 1,000 employees and a turnover of around SEK4 billion.

The company owns and leases around 1,500 trucks and has 16 terminals and warehouses of its own.
