The Multimodal 2024 prospectus has been released.
The prospectus includes a review of the hugely successful 2023 show, demographics, 2024 pricing and participation benefits.
The prospectus also includes a raft of testimonials - happy customers and visitors alike! Multimodal 2023 achieved an overall exhibitor customer satisfaction (C-Sat) score of 92 - compared to the sector average of 78. The Net Promoter Score among exhibitors was 43 compared to the sector average of 5. Among visitors, the C-Sat was 67 (versus the sector average of 30) and NPS was 34 (versus 3). Basically - the 2023 event was incredibly well received (70% rebook already) - and plans are already well underway to make the 2024 show even better.
