MSC upgrades UK west coast feeder

MSC has announced the launch of their upgraded multi-trade West Coast feeder service, designed to enhance connectivity between Liverpool, Greenock, and key Far East and IPAK ports.

This new, weekly express link via Felixstowe means quicker access to the North-West and Scottish markets, providing clients the opportunity to streamline their operations and move their cargo more efficiently.

The service:

  • Reduces transit times to Liverpool and Greenock by up to 7 days from Asia and 12 days from IPAK.
  • Feeder arrival on Tuesday PM ensures a seamless back-to-back connection with Albatross and Britannia mother vessels, with minimal dwell times.
  • The feeder berths in Liverpool on Friday and departs on Saturday, aligning with Monday deliveries
  • The West Coast Feeder now features an additional call of Felixstowe as part of a wider European rotation: Le Havre - Antwerp - Felixstowe - Liverpool - Greenock - Le Havre - Sines - Vigo - Gijon - Bilbao - Le Havre
