Structural steel is now rising across Hillwood’s 16-acre speculative scheme, Hillwood Park Luton, marking an exciting milestone on the delivery of 284,575 sq ft of prime industrial and logistics space to the UK market.
Following extensive enabling and on-site infrastructure works earlier this year, the steel frame construction is now well underway. Hillwood were recently joined by key project members on site for a celebratory steel-signing ceremony to mark this key step forward.

Speaking about the milestone occasion, Greg Dalton, Vice President of Hillwood, said “This project marks our third scheme with main contractor Glencar, following successful collaborations at Crewe 335 and Wigan 100 and as we stand here today we are delighted with the progress.
