John was renowned for his ability to dissect the complexities of the freight industry, offering clarity to his readers. He was also a mine of information about the industry – and always very supportive of our efforts.
The Handy Shipping Guide covered all modes of transport and always provided real insight into the market.
His knowledge, helpfulness and great sense of humour will be sadly missed
