Recently launched specialist logistics recruiter, Innovate Freight Talent, will be attending industry-leading trade show, Multimodal for the first time.

Launched late in 2023, the company founded by Richard Litchfield is bringing his new team to the exhibition, at Birmingham’s NEC this June, as Innovate Freight Talent continues to see growth in demand.

The event will allow the Innovate Freight Talent team to meet existing clients and partners face-to-face, as well as make vital introductions to new contacts who are keen to revitalise their recruitment process.

Each year Multimodal attracts a range of supply chain management and logistics industry professionals, with over 12,000 visitors passing through the doors of the NEC, Birmingham.

The concept of Innovate Freight Talent was born from the frustrations of Richard, as he saw time after time, the struggle that his previous employers had in finding the right talent for roles within the logistics sector.

Innovate Freight Talent is also a firm believer in supporting the future workforce. Richard is an ambassador for Generation Logistics, a government-backed initiative to promote the logistics sector and help assist the next wave of supply chain workers.

Innovate is looking to make a splash in its first year at the show, as Richard said:

“We are looking forward to attending Multimodal for the first time.

“While the team has experience from attending in our previous roles, it’ll be interesting to talk to our existing customers and prospects about how we can continue to place the best talent in the right roles for them.

“This year we are already seeing a huge amount of interest and hunger in roles within the logistics industry, which has continued to grow with each year we are further removed from the pandemic.”

Innovate Freight Talent will be exhibiting at stand number A3 at Multimodal. As well as organisations exhibiting their offerings, Multimodal also features conference sessions, networking and an awards ceremony. This year’s show will be held between 11-13 June 2024.
