Exact Logistics has been acquired by OnLogistics Ltd, a West Midlands-based business specialising in e-commerce and order fulfilment services. In an exciting new period of growth for the company, the acquisition will give Exact Logistics long-term opportunities for business expansion and provide its customers with an extensive range of delivery solutions alongside its current offering.
With over 19 years of experience, OnLogistics provides streamlined logistics solutions for a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, healthcare and fitness. The business is committed to optimising operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences to allow for scalability and expansion.
Adam and Karen Shuter will continue as Directors of Exact Logistics, as the business continues to operate as a separate entity and remain as a shareholder member of Pall-Ex. Existing customers should expect no change to their current services or points of contact.
Adam and Karen Shuter founded Exact Logistics in 2009 with the aim of delivering exceptional palletised freight delivery services to businesses in Warwickshire. The company has since expanded to offer final mile distribution for European international hauliers, primarily German, and has recently established an in-house customs clearance team.
