Frank Dunsmuir, Head of Customs and International Trade, Fujitsu
Frank is Fujitsu’s industry lead for its International Trade and Customs practice. He specialises in the development of innovativetechnology solutions which facilitate border trade and stimulate economic growth.Recognising the significant complexity and scale of international trade he has established a consortium of world leading expertorganisations which consider policy, legislation and operational border requirements in all strategic initiatives. The strength of thisconsortium was a key consideration when HMRC awarded Fujitsu the contract to deliver and operate the Trader Support Service in 2020which provides customs intermediary services for all trade between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.He is a Non-Executive Director of IBMATA (International Border Management And Technologies Association) a not for profit organisation(NGO) committed to the safe and secure movement of people and goods across international borders. Frank has published several pointsof view papers on 'Future Border' topics and provided the technical content for a response to the Chancellors Freeport Consultationdocument.
