“We want our customer service to be the best in the industry"
Irish Freight Solutions (IFS) specialise in deliveries across the Irish Seas. Their market knowledge, agility and customer focus has made them the freight forwarder of choice for many customers.

IFS partnered with Logical Training to develop their people with the Level 3 International Freight Forwarding Specialist Apprenticeship. The programme combines BIFA’s Customs training with modules on business finance, customer service and international freight movement. This has helped support IFS’ growth by equipping their people with the knowledge and skills needed in a post-Brexit landscape.

James Wood, Managing Director, Irish Freight Solutions said:

“We want our customer service to be the best in the industry and our teams to have the knowledge and skills that distinguish us from the rest. Our people make this difference, and we want to invest in them as we grow together.”

Logical Training delivers high-impact apprenticeships tailored to organisational needs. They can also support employers in the recruitment of apprentices.

Logical Training partners with BIFA to provide learners with an in-depth understanding of freight forwarding works and how the external environment impacts on logistics operations.
