230,000 sq ft in Bermuda Park
Together with Bedworth Borough Council and construction partner Winvic, Goodman has started work on a 230,000 sq ft logistics and industrial property development on a 10-acre plot at Bermuda Park in Nuneaton, UK.
Bermuda Park is a well-established location for distribution and logistics and is already home to several retailers, manufacturers and 3PLs. The site, called Nuneaton 230, is located north of Coventry and two miles from Junction 3 of the M6. Customers and employees will benefit from the proximity to the UK railway and motorway network, with access to more than 5.5m consumers within a 60-minute HGV drivetime.
The warehouse is set to offer generous internal height and an efficient layout and is due to be complete by the end of this year.
