Damco and Safmarine now integrated into the Maersk brand

maersk
Hamburg Süd, Sealand and Aliança to remain separate
Maersk has made the following customer announcement:

“As announced in September of last year, the time has come to officially integrate Safmarine and Damco fully into the Maersk brand. We greatly appreciate your patience and collaboration over the last couple of months, as we began the transition.

We are pleased to offer our Safmarine customers broader access to our full portfolio of products and services at a global scale, ensuring all your needs can be met by one united team.

For our Damco customers, we are proud to offer access to an end-to-end offering from Maersk, ensuring your experience is connected and simplified across all your supply chain needs.

As noted previously:
  • Hamburg Süd and Aliança will remain independent brands with differentiated service models while we are simplifying our back office organizational structure and processes to enable faster and more effective decision-making. Hamburg Süd’s and Aliança’s sales and customer service organizations will not change, and will remain your trusted, by-your-side and can-do partners
  • Sealand- A Maersk Company will remain as a separate brand under A.P. Moller - Maersk, serving as the strong intra-regional service provider it is today
 What you will experience:
  • The Damco.com website has been redirected to Maersk.com. You can still access tracking and the portal at https://www.maersk.com/Damco
  • The Safmarine.com website will remain active until mid-2021, as we are still in the process of migrating our customers to Maersk.com. Some functionality will remain available during this period, but not all. You can find out more at https://www.maersk.com/Safmarine
