Marketing

Multimodal 2010 will benefit from a comprehensive multimedia marketing campaign, designed to attract your customers and prospects to the NEC in April! Multimodal 2010 will be marketed by:

  • Regular email updates
  • Highly targeted direct mail
  • Through association and community membership
  • A timely and highly visible public and media relations campaign
  • Advertising and loose inserts in both National and International trade press
  • A strong, interactive and informative web-site

Comprehensive information on the extent and scope of the marketing campaign will be available here shortly.

Networking/Social Programme & Hotels

In order that speakers, delegates, VIPs, visitors and exhibitors are able to derive the maximum benefit from their attendance, a number of networking and social events are planned. We understand that this is a people business – and that maximising interaction is vital.

From the Evening Reception, to hosted lunches and dinners, you can be confident that your valuable time will be well spent – and enjoyable!

Furthermore - there are two hands-on inspection tours to nearby freight terminals - ABP's Hams Hall terminal and RCL's BIFT terminal.

At 18.00 on Wednesday 28th April at the NEC - all visitors, VIPs and exhibitors are invited to the Multimodal 2010 Party - hosted by Kewill.

The Party includes drinks, a Hog Roast and a few surprises - so make a note in your diary now!

Preferential Hotel and Travel rates have been secured by our Official Travel Agent, Events in Focus. Further details will be available here soon - but should you have any enquiries, please contact Randy Wright at rwright@eventsinfocus.net
