Often the decision on how to buy has been based on an initial decision to either use a lead logistics provider, or to contract parts of the supply chain individually. When buying these services you also have to consider how they will be operated in practice. Now, using modern technology, the buyer is able to allow the market to demonstrate the best available solutions. In this presentation Garry Mansell, CEO of Trade Extensions will discuss how you can extract the real value from your buying process and achieve exceptional results. Garry Mansell, CEO, Trade Extensions Garry has over 25 years of buying and logistics experience in the FMCG sector. A Fellow of the CILT and a Member of CIPS his knowledge and experience is widely sought after and he has spoken at many conferences World Wide on subjects related to logistics and procurement.
