Axis buys PartCo

UK-based trailer and swap body lessor Axis Intermodal has acquired the entire issued share capital of SeaCo Parts International Inc (PartCo) from Sea Containers America for US$250,000 in cash.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, PartCo is a leading supplier of replacement parts and spares for marine refrigerated containers, supporting shipping lines and container depots in the Americas.
