Impatex is an established software company specialising in Import & Export Customs, Duty Management and now comprehensive Freight Management with it’s new 'NetFreight' software.

Since 1980, Impatex has been the leading supplier of Customs software in the UK, currently with nearly 600 users.

Impatex pioneered Direct Trader Input (DTI), and are the only software supplier with direct links to all Community Service Providers (CSPs), i.e. CCS-UK, CNS, Dover, MCP and Pentant.

In 1995, Impatex were the first company to provide the Customs Tariff electronically, and are still the only software supplier to provide the full HM Customs Tariff, either 'standalone' or as part of their new Customs Manager software for DTI, ERTS, NES, NCTS and Duty Management.

Impatex is a specialist software company with 25+ personnel, most with Forwarding and Customs experience. This includes local support in Felixstowe, Heathrow, Manchester and Tilbury.
