Transporeon Group back at Multimodal

The Transporeon Group is operator of the logistics platform Transporeon, the e-sourcing platform TICONTRACT and the retail logistics platform MERCAREON. Currently more than 400 shippers, more than 23.000 carriers and more than 45,000 users from 70 countries are linked via the platforms of the group. Presently freight orders with a volume of 6 billion EUR are organised via the solutions of the Transporeon Group. The platforms are available in 12 languages.

Transporeon is the leading e-logistics platform which allows shippers and carriers to avoid empty kilometers and to save costs by electronic transport assignment. Its time slot management system avoids tailbacks at ramps and waiting time, the tracking and tracing functionality enables an exact documentation of shipments.

TICONTRACT is the leading platform for freight tendering, contract management and freight information. It enables shippers to tender and negotiate their long term freight contracts. The contract management function serves as a freight information database, whereby contracts and rate data can be documented on the system. In addition it allows shippers the option to query the validity of rates and pricing.
