British International Freight Association supports Multimodal again

BIFA have given their support and co-operation to Multimodal 2009 - helping to ensure yet another successful event - and reinforcing Multimodal's role as the biggest transport and logistics event in the UK.

BIFA's role is to provide a focus for the international freight distribution industry, and its mission is:

"To provide effective representation and support for the UK international freight services industry; to promote good practice and total quality in the provision of freight services by all members, and to encourage the membership to observe the highest standards of professional competence".

The BIFA web site is updated regularly and aims to be a source of information and advice on a wide range of subjects to both members and those who wish to engage with the business of freight forwarding, as well as promoting the Association and its members.
